World History Chart by Andreas Nothiger
There are a lot of things I like about this chart. First, it highlights famous people more than other charts. Second, it has lots of maps. Third, it gives equal treatment to four major areas: Europe, the Middle East, India, and China. The one unfortunate thing is that it only starts in 1000 BC. No bronze age :( Measuring approx. 1 foot by 4 foot, it’s quite affordable though. It even comes with a nice booklet full of extra information.
